As they go further along the forest path, the sound of crickets gets louder and louder. It is warm and the great oak tree will provide the perfect shade for their picnic. A big rug is laid out, followed by the delicious mezze prepared by Vincent that morning, with hummus, tzatziki, aubergine caviar, and Joe’s huge tabbouleh that has caught everyone’s eye. And, to go with this Levantine menu, Alain Milliat juices chosen specially: refreshing and zesty grapefruit, and light and floral lychee lemonade.
