Emblem of Normandy, the apple has been Alain Milliat's favorite fruit for more than 25 years. Each range has an apple flavor: Cox's Apple Juice, Apple Sparkling... The making of a artisanal organic cider was obvious.
The meeting with the Normand producer made his choice on an organic orchard in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. The Juliette cuvée was born from a sharing of common values: healthy and organic raw materials. Low in alcohol, it is obtained from the fermentation of apples. The cider is characterized according to the variety of apples chosen. There are several varieties, sour apples bringing freshness and acidity. The bittersweet apples bring notes of bitterness and finally, the bitter apples reinforce the orange color of the cider.
