An artisanal and organic product from the Pays d'Auge
Emblem of Normandy, the apple has been Alain Milliat's favorite fruit for over 25 years. Each range has an apple flavor: Cox's Apple Juice, Sparkling Apple... The making of aorganic artisanal ciderwas obvious.
The meeting with the Normandy producer led to their choice of an organic orchard in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region. The Juliette vintage was born from shared values: healthy, organic raw materials. Low in alcohol, it is obtained from the fermentation of apples. The cider is characterized by the apple variety chosen. There are several varieties, with sour apples providing freshness and acidity. Bittersweet apples add bitter notes, and bitter apples enhance the cider's orange color.
