Alain Milliat met a Norman cider producer with whom he immediately discovered a shared vision. This cider is made from apples grown in an organic orchard. After being selected at their peak, the apples were pressed and have been fermenting since October 2021. After a year and a half of work, we are unveiling the Juliette vintage, a tribute to Alain Milliat's mother and a nod to his family heritage.
This cider reveals tangy, fruity and herbaceous notes. It has a fresh attack and finishes with an elegant bitterness.
