Juliette Cuvée Brut Cider

Our first cider in collaboration with an organic Normandy producer.
The apples, selected when ripe and then pressed, have been fermenting since October 2021.
Then, a blend in January 2022 and a natural foaming for several months.

This dry cider with its taut character reveals subtle notes and a strong bitterness.
Cuvée Juliette is a tribute to Alain's mother and a nod to his family heritage.
