Non-alcoholic Cocktails Dry January: Our mocktails – Alain Milliat

Dry January is the perfect opportunity to discover non-alcoholic cocktails and delicious mocktails that combine pleasure and well-being. Originating in the United Kingdom, this challenge invites consumers to reduce or stop alcohol consumption to adopt a more balanced life and offset the excesses of the year-end holidays.

This year, Maison Alain Milliat supports you in this approach with its Concentrates to Dilute, a 100% organic collection, made in France, designed to create refined non-alcoholic cocktails without compromising on taste.

With three exceptional flavors – Le Yuzu, Le Gingembre, and Le Fruit de la Passion – these concentrates allow you to create elegant mocktails, lower in calories while enjoying your drink. Discover our must-try recipe ideas to make Dry January a pleasant break.

The Aromatic Profile of Our Concentrates to Dilute

Ginger: Power & Warmth

A powerful recipe thanks to "aged" ginger from Madagascar, highlighted by the invigorating and smoky heat of Langue d’Oiseau chili. Softened by a verbena infusion and enhanced by a hint of Sicilian lime juice, this composition offers a unique intensity.

The Yuzu: Bitterness & Freshness

A fresh bitterness of a high-altitude yuzu from Japan, combined with infusions of gentian and bergamot. Completed with Sicilian lemon juice, this recipe offers a harmonious and refined freshness.

Passion Fruit: Tangy & Exotic

An intense and exotic creation, with yellow passion fruit "maracuja", spicy and woody black pepper from Madagascar, and a touch of Sicilian lime to bring freshness and balance.
