1. Virgin Moscow Mule: A non-alcoholic take on the classic, with the intensity of Ginger.
Ingredients :

2 cl of Concentrate to Dilute Ginger
-
10 cl of sparkling water
-
2 cl of lime juice
-
2 cl of cane sugar syrup
-
A small bunch of fresh mint
-
A thin slice of lime
Preparation :

Put a tumbler glass in the freezer.

After a few minutes, take it out and pour in the Concentrate to Dilute – Ginger, lime juice, and cane sugar.

Stir with a cocktail spoon, fill with crushed ice, and top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of lime. Serve well chilled.
