Ingredients
- 30 cl of liquid whole cream
- 2 tbsp. of Concentrate to Dilute - Yuzu
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 500 g of linguine
- 2 burratas of 250g each
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Préparation
- 01 In a saucepan, cook the linguine for 10 minutes, it should be al dente.
- 02 Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, the YUZU, and the single cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- 03 Drain the pasta then mix it with the sauce in the pan.
- 04 Serve the pasta on each plate and place half a burrata on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
