Ingredients

  • 300g of sea bass
  • 8cl of Concentrate to Dilute - Passion Fruit
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • Coriander
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 limes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Préparation

  • 01 Cut the sea bass into thin slices 2 or 3mm thick and place them flat on a plate.
  • 02 Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, mix with PASSION FRUIT.
  • 03 Add the diced bell pepper and spring onions, along with the lime juice. Cover and let marinate.
  • 04 Serve with a few coriander leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper.

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
