Ingredients
- 300g of sea bass
- 8cl of Concentrate to Dilute - Passion Fruit
- 1/2 red pepper
- Coriander
- 2 spring onions
- 2 limes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Préparation
- 01 Cut the sea bass into thin slices 2 or 3mm thick and place them flat on a plate.
- 02 Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, mix with PASSION FRUIT.
- 03 Add the diced bell pepper and spring onions, along with the lime juice. Cover and let marinate.
- 04 Serve with a few coriander leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
