The fall collaboration: Alain Milliat x Sushi Shop

A gourmet event to brighten up this gloomy weather

Alain Milliat collaborates with Sushi Shop to create two recipes for the Veggie Box, the October limited edition

This box was illustrated by Laure Macé de Lépinay, an artist who already loves to accompany us on our gift boxes with her soft and subtle plant world. This time, she was inspired by the theme of Indian summer with shades of soft green reminding us of the time of the last buds before the vegetation goes to sleep for the winter...

Here's what we came up with for our two veggie sushi creations...

For the tulip: we dressed the mango and carrot with Timut, and for the Spring, we paired the delicate mandarin with toasted buckwheat (sobacha) and basil. This makes for a vegetarian and gourmet box, especially if you accompany it with a delicious mango nectar or Cox's apple juice...
