The autumn collaboration: Alain Milliat x Sushi Shop

A gourmet event to brighten up this dreary weather

Alain Milliat collaborates with Sushi Shop to create two recipes for the Veggie Box, the limited edition for the month of October

This box was illustrated by Laure Macé de Lépinay, an artist who already loves to accompany us on our gift boxes with her soft and subtle plant universe. This time, she was inspired by the theme of Indian summer with soft green tones reminding us of the time of the last buds before the vegetation falls asleep for winter...

Here’s what we imagined for our 2 veggie sushi creations...

For the tulip: we dressed the mango and carrot with Timut, and for the Spring, we paired the delicate mandarin with toasted buckwheat (sobacha) and basil. This creates a vegetarian and gourmet box, especially if you accompany it with a delicious mango nectar or a Cox's apple juice...
