Alain Milliat collaborates with Sushi Shop to create twe recipes for their Veggie Box, the October limited edition
This box was illustrated by Laure Macé de Lépinay who worked with us on our gift boxes. We appreciate her vegetal and subtil world. This time, she was inspired by Indian Summer with soft green tones reminding the last flower buds before winter...
Here are our two veggie sushi recipes...
For the tulip : we dressed the mango and the carrot with Timut Pepper and for the Spring we paired the delicate mandarin with roasted buckwheat (sobacha) and basil. This composes a veggie and gourmet box that you can marry to a delicious Mango Nectar or a Cloudy Cox's Apple Juice.
