Organic Dilutable Concentrate Passion Fruit Alain Milliat

The flagship product: Passion Fruit – Alain Milliat

This organic concentrate combines the bright freshness of Sicilian lime, the strength of Madagascar black pepper, and the tangy sweetness of yellow maracuja passion fruit. No added flavors, no preservatives, no compromises. Just the essence of the fruit, well interpreted.

  • It lends itself to multiple uses:
  • Lengthened with sparkling or still water
  • Based on cocktail or of mocktail
  • In a fruit salad or a vinaigrette
  • Or, as here, in a frozen version

The recipe: a fruity exotic ice cream, easy and without an ice cream maker

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 20 cl of whole liquid cream
  • 10 cl of whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 8 cl of Dilutable Concentrate Passion Fruit

Plant-based option: replace cream and milk with a plant-based drink (almond, coconut, oat) and a plant-based yogurt for a 100% lactose-free version, just as delicious.

Preparation:

  1. Heat milk, cream, and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Let it cool, add the Concentrate - Passion Fruit. Mix.
  3. Pour into a dish, then place in the freezer.
  4. Every 30 to 45 minutes, scrape with a fork to avoid crystals and achieve a smooth texture (for 3 to 4 hours).
  5. Serve the ice cream with some fresh fruits or a crumble of meringue for a contrast of textures. You can also accompany it with a shot of well-chilled concentrate, to pour just before serving for an intense and tangy touch.

Tip: For an express version, pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Result: fresh, natural, ready to enjoy.
