The Bloody Mary (with red tomato)
An intense red, a meaty texture, a spicy touch: the Bloody Mary remains a staple on Halloween tables. Our version, more natural and balanced, highlights the powerful and slightly salty taste of our Jus Tomate Rouge.
Ingredients:
• 10 cl of Jus Tomate Rouge Alain Milliat
• 4 cl of vodka
• 1 cl of yellow lemon juice
• 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash of Tabasco sauce
• 1 pinch of celery salt
• Ice cubes
Preparation:
1. In a Highball glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
2. Gently mix with a mixing spoon.
3. Serve with a celery stick or a slice of lemon.

A red gradient on an orange background… This great classic evokes sunsets — or Halloween dawns. Simple and fruity, it’s a perfect cocktail to impress your guests with our Jus Orange Tardive de Sicile.
Ingredients:
• 12 cl of Jus Orange Tardive de Sicile Alain Milliat
• 4 cl of tequila
• 2 cl of grenadine syrup
• Ice cubes
Preparation:
1. In a Highball glass filled with ice, first pour the tequila, then the Late Orange Juice from Sicily.
2. Gently mix, then add the grenadine by pouring it slowly to achieve a beautiful gradient effect.
3. Serve with a slice of orange for the finishing touch.
Halloween Tip: frost the rim of the glass with red tinted sugar, or add a clear ice cube enclosing a black berry.

The Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
• 6 cl of Cranberry Alain Milliat
• 4 cl of vodka
• 1 cl of Cointreau
• 1 cl of lime juice
Preparation:
1. In a shaker filled with ice, add vodka, triple sec, Cranberry Alain Milliat, and lime juice.
2. Shake vigorously then double strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Serve with a lime zest for a touch of elegance.
The Lychee Daiquiri
Preparation:
1. In a shaker filled with ice, add the rum, the Lychee Nectar Alain Milliat, and the lime juice.
2. Shake vigorously then double strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lime zest.
Halloween Tip: Decorate with a lychee stuffed with blueberry for an eye effect.

The Blueberry Bramble
Ingredients:
• 5 cl of Wild Blueberry Nectar Alain Milliat
• 4 cl of gin
• 1 cl of yellow lemon juice
• 1 cl of sugar syrup
Preparation:
1. In a Lowball glass filled with ice, pour the gin, the Wild Blueberry Nectar Alain Milliat, the sugar syrup, and the yellow lemon juice.
2. Gently stir with a mixing spoon.
3. Serve immediately with some fresh blueberries or a lemon zest for decoration.
Halloween Tip: Slip a skewer of blackberries in the center of the glass or some black sugar crystals on the rim of the glass.
