Our energizing smoothie recipes
1. Strawberry-Banana-Ginger Smoothie
A classic revisited with our Sengana Strawberry Nectar, our Concentrate to Dilute – Ginger for a little natural boost and banana for creaminess. Ideal for an invigorating and comforting morning.
Ingredients (1 glass):
• 15 cl of Sengana Strawberry Nectar Alain Milliat
• 1 very ripe banana
• A few drops of Organic Concentrate to Dilute - Ginger
• A few ice cubes
Preparation: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
2. Tropical smoothie
Exotic and fruity: a sweet and vitamin-rich cocktail made with Mango Nectar, Sicilian Late Orange Juice, and our Organic Passion Fruit Concentrate. Enjoy with breakfast or after exercise.
Ingredients (2 glasses):
• 20 cl of Alain Milliat Mango Nectar
• 10 cl of Sicilian Late Orange Juice
• 2 cl of Organic Concentrate to Dilute - Passion Fruit
• Ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a shaker or blender.
3. Morning detox juice
Surprising yet addictive, our Red Tomato Juice provides the perfect base for a fresh, salty, and balanced drink. Boost with lemon and a pinch of black pepper. Salty, fresh, and balanced: perfect for a gentle recovery.
Ingredients (1 glass):
• 20 cl of Alain Milliat Red Tomato Juice
• A few drops of lemon juice
• A pinch of Kampot pepper
Preparation: Serve very cold, in a large glass. Brunch option: add a celery stalk and a drizzle of olive oil for a Mediterranean version.
