Our energizing smoothie recipes
1. Strawberry–Banana–Ginger Smoothie
A classic revisited with our Sengana Strawberry Nectar, our Dilutable Concentrate – Ginger for a little natural boost, and banana for creaminess. Ideal for a tonic and comforting morning.
Ingredients (1 glass):
• 15 cl of Sengana Strawberry Nectar Alain Milliat
• 1 ripe banana
• A few drops of BIO Dilutable Concentrate - Ginger
• A few ice cubes
Preparation: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve very cold.
2. Tropical Smoothie
Exotic and fruity: a sweet and vitamin-rich cocktail made with Mango Nectar, Late Orange Juice from Sicily, and our BIO Dilutable Concentrate - Passion Fruit. To be enjoyed at breakfast or after sports.
Ingredients (2 glasses):
• 20 cl of Mango Nectar Alain Milliat
• 10 cl of Late Orange Juice from Sicily
• 2 cl of BIO Dilutable Concentrate - Passion Fruit
• Ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a shaker or blender.
3. Morning Detox Juice
Surprising yet addictive, our Red Tomato Juice offers a perfect base for a fresh, savory, and balanced drink. Boost it with lemon and a pinch of black pepper. Salty, fresh, and balanced: perfect for a gentle restart.
Ingredients (1 glass):
• 20 cl of Red Tomato Juice Alain Milliat
• A few drops of lemon juice
• A pinch of Kampot pepper
Preparation: Serve very cold, in a large glass. Brunch option: add a celery stick and a drizzle of olive oil for a Mediterranean version.
