LE YUZU Bitterness & Freshness

A fresh recipe highlighted by the bitterness of a high-altitude Yuzu from Japan, softened by a Gentian infusion as well as a Bergamot infusion in Sicilian lemon juice.  

The recipe for our "Perfect Dosage":  
40 ml of concentrate LE YUZU & 160 ml of sparkling water - 30 kcal per glass

GINGER Power & Heat

A powerful recipe thanks to a "aged" Ginger from Madagascar, softened by an infusion of Verbena and warmed by a Bird's Tongue chili, all with a hint of Sicilian Lime juice. 

The recipe for our "Perfect Dosage":  
30 ml of concentrate GINGER & 200 ml of sparkling water - 39 kcal per glass

Concentrates to dilute with infinite recipes

Twist your Spritz with LE YUZU 

Ingredients : 
LE YUZU : 4 cl
Prosecco : 8 cl
Sparkling water: 4 cl
For the decoration: a nice slice of lemon
     
    Elaboration : 
    In a large balloon glass, combine the ingredients and then top with some nice ice cubes. Finish by adding a beautiful slice of lemon for decoration and enjoy!

     

     

     

     

    A delicious non-alcoholic Moscow Mule with GINGER

    Ingredients : 
    GINGER: 5 cl
    Freshly squeezed lime juice: 2 cl
    Sparkling water: 10 cl
    For the decoration: a small bouquet of fresh mint and a thin slice of lime.
      Elaboration : 
      In a large pre-chilled cup, combine GINGER and the lime juice. Stir gently, fill with crushed ice and add the sparkling water. Finish by placing your bouquet of fresh mint and adding a slice of lime and enjoy!
