"I have created this nectar for a U.S. customer who wanted to have a beautiful quality of white peach as Bellini cocktail base.
The challenge was to find a tasty variety but also a flesh that is completely white. I spotted the perfect ancient variety in the Gers."

Discover this chalk coloured nectar, its pulpy texture, freshness, strength, and fruit flesh aromas.

This year, its color can be slightly pink. It is indeed a white peach but the adherences of the flesh to the pit are exceptionally colored. This does not have an impact on the aromatic profile or the texture. It is rather a very good year for stone fruits.
