Ingredients
- 10 cl of Concentrate to Dilute - Ginger
- 12 medium-sized carrots
- Mild olive oil
- 1 lime
Préparation
- 01 Peel the carrots, leaving the base of the tops.
- 02 Store them for 20 minutes in a flat-bottomed dish with 10 cl of GINGER.
- 03 Stir every 5 minutes.
- 04 Heat the oil over low heat in a frying pan.
- 05 Remove the carrots and place them in the hot pan, let them brown on all sides.
- 06 Pour the remaining GINGER into the pan to deglaze.
- 07 Let it heat again for a few minutes to reduce the sauce.
- 08 Stop cooking when the sauce has reduced by two-thirds.
- 09 Grate a little zest from the lime.
- 10 Serve over mashed potatoes.
