Virgin Mia Spritz - cocktail sans alcool avec le Yuzu Alain Milliat

The Spritz is the ultimate summer terrace cocktail. Traditionally made with a bitter , we offer an original version with our Concentrate to Dilute - Yuzu. A very refreshing long drink that honors the bitterness of this Japanese citrus fruit.

Ingredients

  • 4cl of Concentrate to Dilute - Yuzu
  • 10cl of Prosecco
  • 4cl of sparkling water
  • 1cl of honey syrup (or sugar syrup)
  • 2 nice lemon slices (for decoration)

Préparation

  • 01 In a large balloon glass, pour the YUZU, lime and honey then mix with a cocktail spoon.
  • 02 Add the Prosecco and top up with a few nice ice cubes.
  • 03 Finish by adding two nice lemon slices for decoration.

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
