A surprising and easy-to-make mocktail, inspired by the famous American cocktail Horse’s Neck.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Bourgoin Hexose infused with spices
- 1 orange (for decoration)
- 1cl of Bourgoin Verjus
- 1 Ready-to-drink Ginger Alain Milliat
- 8cl of Alain Milliat Sauvignon Grape Juice
- 1 star anise
Préparation
- 01 In a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes, pour in order: infused Bourgoin Hexose, then Bourgoin Verjus, then the grape juice.
- 02 Top up with Ready-to-Drink - Ginger.
- 03 Garnish with a large orange zest, an anise star, and a veil of bitter orange zest.
- 04 Serve immediately.
