- 8cl of Sicilian Late Orange Juice
- 6cl of brut champagne
- Orange zest for the finishing touch (optional)
Préparation
- 01 Pour the chilled Sicilian Late Orange Juice into a champagne flute.
- 02 Top up gently with brut champagne to preserve the effervescence.
- 03 Mix lightly with a cocktail spoon.
- 04 Add an orange zest to enhance the aromas.
- 05 For a lighter version, reduce the amount of champagne and add a splash of sparkling water. For a virgin version, replace the champagne with a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine.
