The expression of a Cnoble grape: the Chardonnay, in its pure state
This Blanc de Blancs is born on the Coste Blanche plot, a limestone slope in the south of France (Tarn).
It is made from JJuice of cold-pressed Chardonnay blended with 10% verjus of Cwhite grapes, which give it a unique and perfectly balanced freshness. No added aroma. ANo fermentation. No artifice. Only the Ffruit, in its truest form.
