The fresh yogurt sauce with the Dilutable Concentrate THE YUZU

A creamy sauce that combines the creaminess of yogurt with the brightness of yuzu.
Ideal for accompanying raw vegetables or vegetable chips as an appetizer or as a sauce for white meat or potatoes.
Ingredients :
500 grams of Greek yogurt
3 to 4 tbsp of Le Yuzu
1 bunch of fresh dill
Pepper
Olive oil (flavored with lemon - optional)
500 grams of Greek yogurt

Preparation :
1- In a bowl, pour in the yogurt and smooth it out using a whisk.
2- Add the dill, previously finely chopped.
3- Add Le Yuzu Alain Milliat and mix.
4- Season with pepper to taste.
5- During serving, drizzle a little olive oil over the yogurt sauce.
