Recipe: Fresh yoghurt-Yuzu sauce

A smoothy sauce that combines the creaminess of yogurt with the brightness of yuzu.

Ideal to serve with raw vegetables for an appetizer or as a sauce for white meat or potatoes.

Ingredients : 
500 grams of Greek yoghurt
3 to 4 tbsp of Yuzu
1 bunch of fresh dill
Olive oil (lemon flavored - optional)

Preparation : 
1- In a bowl, pour the yoghurt and smooth it using a whisk.
2- Add the dill, previously finely chopped.
3- Add Yuzu Alain Milliat and mix.
4- Season with pepper to taste.
5- When serving, drizzle some olive oil over the yoghurt sauce.
