500g of strawberries
15 cl of Mecker Raspberry Nectar
40 cl of Rhubarb Juice
10 cl of Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarin Juice
Choose medium-sized strawberries and cut them into 4 pieces. Mix the raspberry nectar, the rhubarb juice and the mandarin juice. Pour the mix on the strawberries. Decorate with a few borage flowers.
Tip : Serve the strawberries at room temperature and the juice mix very fresh.
