Fruit soup for strawberries

The Mecker Raspberry type is the most appreciated for pastry cookers. Even after cooking it, il reveals its aromas with sincerity. Red Rhubarb is appreciated for its acidity and its slightly salty touch. Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarin is unique. Its aromatic strength and its zest notes cannot be compared.


Recipe for 4 servings :

  • 500g of strawberries
  • 15 cl of Mecker Raspberry Nectar
  • 40 cl of Rhubarb Juice
  • 10 cl of Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarin Juice

Choose medium-sized strawberries and cut them into 4 pieces. Mix the raspberry nectar, the rhubarb juice and the mandarin juice. Pour the mix on the strawberries. Decorate with a few borage flowers.

Tip : Serve the strawberries at room temperature and the juice mix very fresh.
