A refreshing and easy to make mocktail.
Inspired by the Norman Mojidos cocktail
(Calvados, Ginger ale, mint, lime, sugar)
In a tumbler glass, arrange the ingredients in the following order:
Homemade spiced cider reduction 2cl
Fresh mint 10 leaves
Lime 2cl
Fresh mint 10 leaves
Lime 2cl
Alain Milliat Reinette Apple Juice 5cl
Fill with ice cubes the entire glass before pouring the last ingredient,
Fever Tree Ginger ale TOP
Fever Tree Ginger ale TOP
To finish, decorate with fresh mint leaves, an apple fan, and a spray of apple juice.
