Mussels marinated in Yuzu by Alexia Duchêne
An easy recipe to enjoy mussels with citrus flavors for a fresh meal!
In this recipe, Alexia Duchêne offers us a version of mussels marinières revisited with citrus flavors. The LE YUZU Concentrate brings a touch of freshness and acidity which contrasts with the sweetness of the crème fraîche. The preparation is simple and quick, and the result is a delicious dish that will melt the taste buds of your guests.
Ingredients :
- 2 liters of mussels (i.e. 1.5kg)
- 2 tablespoons of LE YUZU Alain Milliat
- A handful of chopped dill
- 2 slices of toast
- A red onion
- 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche
- A glass of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
Steps :
Finely slice the red onion and brown it in a large saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Increase the heat to high, add the mussels and white wine and close with a lid.
After 2-3 minutes of cooking, remove the lid then add the cream, a pinch of salt, LE YUZU Alain Milliat and chopped dill.
Mix and serve immediately with a slice of toasted bread at the bottom of the plate to absorb the sauce.
