25 YEARS OF TASTING JUICE
25 years ago, Alain Milliat joined his family in the development of the orchards. At the heart of his contemporary vision of gardens, Alain wanted to sublimate the fruit through reasoned and responsible agriculture.
In 1997, the first six juices and nectars signed Alain Milliat then saw the light of day and were sent to 60 establishments in the Relais & Châteaux guide. The uniqueness of its creations, the finesse of authentic tastes and textures, the emotion of the fruit that each juice shares already gives another dimension to the word fruit juice.
25 years later, this same passion still drives Alain and his team. Present today in more than 20 capitals, the Maison Alain Milliat is a real reference in the world of gastronomy.

This year, we wanted to celebrate these 25 years of work and Jus de Dégustation with our collaborators, our partners and the press.
It was at the Hôtel Particulier Montmartre, on June 15, that Alain and his teams celebrated these years of sublimated fruit.
On this occasion, two exclusive 25-year-old products made their first appearance: the Mandarine Orange Blossom Infusion and the 5-year-old Nectar Cassis. A cocktail and mocktail menu has been specifically created with these two unique products and chef Chloé Charles has created a summer menu for the guests.
