Let's work on the great classics: let's meet the Rossini, less known than its cousin the Bellini, the Rossini remains one of the pillars of the art of the Italian cocktail.

The recipe for our homemade cocktail Le Rossini

2 doses of Sengana Strawberry Nectar for 2 doses of Prosecco
1 Sengana Strawberry Nectar 33 cl
1 Bottle of Prosecco
1 fresh lemon juice
1 fresh strawberry (when in season)
First pour in the nectar then add the Prosecco.
If desired, add a dash of fresh lemon juice to enhance the taste.
At the time of training
To decorate, arrange a fresh strawberry on the edge of the glass (if it is the season of course).

The history of the cocktail

The Rossini is an Italian cocktail. He is the cousin of Bellini. Like him, his recipe is made directly by the glass, and they both contain prosecco mixed with a delicious fruit juice: peaches for the Bellini, strawberries for the Rossini.
This cocktail owes its name to the Italian composer Gioachino Rossini, who was very attached to the city of Venice. The Rossini cocktail is said to have been created in the 1940s by Giuseppe Cipriani, the famous bartender of Harry's Bar in Venice.
You can also have fun and replace the Prosecco with crémant or champagne for special occasions.
For those who prefer mocktails, you can also replace the prosecco with sparkling water!
