The Mono Varietal Grape Collection

Today we want to tell you a little more about our iconic collection of Single Varietal Grapes and our collaboration with a vineyard in Gaillac.

2020 marks the 8th edition with the same estate in Gaillac. We use the same grapes as for making wine, but before the optimal maturity for winemaking, a specific harvest is dedicated to us to achieve the desired sugar-acidity balance.

Using a press usually dedicated to wine allows us to preserve all the specific characteristics of each grape variety. This is what gives the unique flavors of the 5 grape juices in our collection.

The producer's initiatives are numerous to go beyond the High Environmental Value (HEV) commitment. It is by exchanging and listening to each other that we move forward. The producer was able to trigger a harvest so early that this year we achieve our best sugar-acid balance ever recorded on the Sauvignon. An aromatic revelation.

5 grape varieties make up our collection of grape juices:

Sauvignon, tangy and floral
Chardonnay, round and honeyed
Cabernet, balanced and herbal
Merlot, rich and tannic
Gamay, fruity and fresh

They were recently joined by Gamay Rosé and Muscadelle in sparkling versions for the holidays... Whatever your choice, they are perfect to drink in a stem glass with ice or to make original cocktails.
