Horse's Neck Cocktail revisited as a Mocktail

A surprising and easy to make mocktail.

Inspired by the American Horse's Neck cocktail
(Cognac, Ginger ale, Yellow Lemon Zest)

 Mocktail Sauvignon
 

In a tumbler glass, place the ingredients in the following order:

Bourgoin Hexose infused with homemade spices 2 barspoon
Bourgoin Verjus 1cl
Alain Milliat Sauvignon Grape Juice 8cl

Fill with ice cubes the entire glass before pouring the last ingredient,
Fever Tree Ginger ale spiced orange TOP

To finish, decorate with a large orange peel, a star anise and a grated bitter orange.
