Around the White Lady:

Step 1: Place the ingredients in a shaker in the following order:
1 pitted lychee, crushed at the bottom of the shaker
5cl of Liqueur Hysterie H.Théoria
4cl of Hendrick's Gin
1cl of Nectar Litchi Alain Milliat
5 cl of fresh lemon juice
5cl of Homemade Lugdunum Rose Syrup
4cl of egg white

Step 2: Shake!

Step 3: Pour the content of the shaker into a stemmed glass while filtering. Sprinkle with dried rose petal powder and lychee shell.

Around Gin Tonic without Alcohol:

Step 1: Place the ingredients in a shaker in the following order:
4cl of Nectar Litchi Alain Milliat
2cl of Milk
0.5cl Monin Ginger Syrup
0.5cl Monin Hibiscus Syrup
5cl of Seedlip Spice (Alcohol Free Gin)

 Step 2: Shake!

Step 3: Pour the contents of the shaker into a stemmed glass while filtering. Add an ice cube in the center.

 Step 4: Top with Fever Tree Edelflower tonic and sprinkle with hibiscus petals and lime zest.
