A light Cocktail with Reinette Apple Juice
A light and easy to make cocktail.
Inspired by the Dry Martini cocktail
(Gin, White Vermouth)
Prepare your cocktail glass and chill it by filling it with ice.
In a mixing glass, place the ingredients in the following order:
A few ice cubes
Christian Drouin Gin 3cl
Dolin White Vermouth 3cl
Liqueur H Théoria Midi Fauve 1cl
Alain Milliat Reinette Apple Juice 3cl
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and pour the mixture without the ice cubes.
Then, decorate with a dried apple tile.
