A comforting and vegetal interpretation of Hanky Panky , blending the depth of gin, the sweetness of Sauvignon grape juice, and the complex notes of Benedictine and Amaro, enhanced by the eye of Alain Milliat.

Ingredients
- 4cl of Old Tom Citadelle gin
- 2cl of Alain Milliat Sauvignon Grape Juice
- 0.5 cl of Benedictine
- 4cl of amber vermouth
- 0.5cl of Amaro Angostura
- Orange zest (for decoration)
Préparation
- 01 Fill the cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it, then discard the ice.
- 02 In a mixing glass, pour in order: gin, grape juice, Benedictine, amber vermouth, then Angostura Amaro. Add ice.
- 03 Stir gently with a mixing spoon until the mixture is well chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 04 Flame the orange zest over the glass to release the floating aromas.
