A comforting and herbal interpretation of the Hanky Panky, blending the depth of gin, the sweetness of Sauvignon grape juice, and the complex notes of Bénédictine and Amaro, enhanced by the vision of Alain Milliat.

Ingredients
- 4cl of Old Tom Citadelle gin
- 2cl of Alain Milliat Sauvignon Grape Juice
- 0.5 cl of Benedictine
- 4cl of amber vermouth
- 0.5cl of Amaro Angostura
- Orange zest (for decoration)
Préparation
- 01 Fill the cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it, then discard the ice.
- 02 In a mixing glass, pour in order: gin, grape juice, Benedictine, amber vermouth, then Angostura Amaro. Add ice.
- 03 Stir gently with a mixing spoon until the mixture is well chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 04 Flame the orange zest over the glass to release the floating aromas.
