An airy and terribly indulgent dessert. Easy and quick to prepare, it combines the creamy sweetness of spreadable chocolate with the lightness of homemade whipped cream. Ideal for concluding a dinner or for an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 250g of Alain Milliat Hazelnut Milk Spread
- 5 eggs
- 200ml of whole liquid cream
Préparation
- 01 Warm the spread slightly in a bain-marie to soften it.
- 02 Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Fold the yolks into the lukewarm batter.
- 03 Whip the very cold cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the mixture.
- 04 Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them in gently with a spatula so as not to break them.
- 05 Divide the mousse into individual ramekins or bowls, then refrigerate for 4 hours to set.
- 06 Before serving, add some crushed hazelnuts on top for a crunchy touch.
