Ingredients

  • 5cl of Strawberry Nectar Sengana Alain Milliat
  • 1cl of sugar syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • 5cl of white rum (alcoholic option)
  • 1cl of lime juice
  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves

Préparation

  • 01 In a glass, gently crush the mint leaves with the lime juice and sugar syrup using a pestle. Add the Sengana Strawberry Nectar.
  • 02 Add white rum if you opt for the alcoholic version and top up with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • 03 Top up with sparkling water.
  • 04 Mix lightly, and garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint.

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
