A refined variation of the classic Dry Martini, enhanced by the fruity freshness of Reinette Apple Juice and a sweet hint of herbal liqueur.

Ingredients
- 3cl of Christian Drouin gin
- 3cl of white vermouth
- 1cl of H Théoria Midi Fauve liqueur
- 3cl of Alain Milliat Reinette Apple Juice
- Dried apple tile (for decoration)
Préparation
- 01 Chill the martini glass by filling it with ice cubes.
- 02 In a mixing glass (or unsealed shaker), pour the ingredients in order: gin, vermouth, liqueur and apple juice.
- 03 Add ice cubes, then mix (or shake) quickly to chill without diluting.
- 04 Discard the ice cubes from the glass, then strain the mixture into the martini glass.
- 05 Decorate with a dried apple tile placed on the rim of the glass.
