Marinated chicken skewers topped with a cranberry-based reduced sauce to combine sweet and savory in style.

Ingredients
- 330 g of farm chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 60 ml of Cranberry Alain Milliat
- 28 g maple syrup
- 10 tarragon leaves
- Flower of salt
- Pepper
Préparation
- 01 Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate them overnight with the juice, syrup and tarragon.
- 02 Prepare a reduction with the marinade and soy sauce over high then medium heat for ~12 min until thickened.
- 03 Thread the pieces onto skewers, brown them in a pan in a little oil, then coat them with the sauce and grill them for 5 minutes, turning them over.
- 04 When serving, add fresh tarragon, fleur de sel and pepper to taste.
