A delicious Bloody Mary revisited with Green Tomato

Alain Milliat revisits the Bloody Mary to create a trendy and refreshing cocktail. You can vary this recipe with our three other tomato juices: Crimean black, red, or yellow.

Ingredients :

  • 12 cl. Alain Milliat Green Tomato Juice
  • 4 cl. Vodka
  • 1/2 cl. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cl. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops of Tabasco
  • Celery salt

Preparation is done using a “mixing glass” (large glass with a pouring spout).
Mix the ingredients and shake them in the mixing glass with ice cubes to chill without diluting them too much.
Pour into a tumbler glass and add celery salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Garnish with a celery stalk.

    • 12cl Jus de Tomate Verte Alain Milliat
    • 4cl de vodka
    • 0,5cl de jus de citron
    • 0,5cl de sauce Worcestershire
    • 2 gouttes de Tabasco
    • Sel de céleri

    Préparation

    • 01 Mélangez les ingrédients dans le « mixing glass » avec des glaçons pour refroidir sans trop diluer.
    • 02 Versez dans un verre tumbler et ajoutez sel de céleri, sel et poivre à votre convenance.
    • 03 Décorez avec une tige de céleri branche.

    Founder of the brand

    Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
