Ingredients :
  • 2 liters of mussels (or 1.5kg)
  • 2 tablespoons of LE YUZU Alain Milliat
  • A handful of dill leaves
  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • A red onion
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • A glass of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Cell
Steps:

Finely slice the red onion and sauté it in a large saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil.
