Ingredients

  • 3cl of Mecker Raspberry Nectar Alain Milliat
  • 3cl of cane sugar syrup
  • 6cl of Alain Milliat Litchi Nectar
  • 6cl of Cachaça
  • 1 raspberry ice cube
  • A few pink berries (for decoration)

Préparation

  • 01 Mix the two nectars (raspberry + lychee) in a small container.
  • 02 Crush the ice cubes, then divide the crushed ice between the two glasses.
  • 03 In each glass, pour the Cachaça and the cane sugar syrup.
  • 04 Add the juice mixture, and mix lightly with a mixing spoon.
  • 05 For decoration, place two raspberry ice cubes in each glass and add a few pink berries. Serve immediately.

Founder Alain Milliat

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
