An elegant version of the classic Rossini, made simply with Alain Milliat Sengana Strawberry Nectar, for a light and fruity effervescence.

Ingredients
- 6cl of Strawberry Nectar Sengana Alain Milliat
- 8cl of Prosecco
- 1 fresh strawberry (for decoration)
Préparation
- 01 Carefully pour the Alain Milliat Sengana Strawberry Nectar into a chilled champagne flute.
- 02 Top up slowly with Prosecco to preserve the effervescence.
- 03 Mix gently with a mixing spoon.
- 04 If desired, garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass, then serve immediately.
