Ingredients

  • 6cl of Strawberry Nectar Sengana Alain Milliat
  • 8cl of Prosecco
  • 1 fresh strawberry (for decoration)

Préparation

  • 01 Carefully pour the Alain Milliat Sengana Strawberry Nectar into a chilled champagne flute.
  • 02 Top up slowly with Prosecco to preserve the effervescence.
  • 03 Mix gently with a mixing spoon.
  • 04 If desired, garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass, then serve immediately.

Founder Alain Milliat

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
