Ingredients
- 100 g of round rice
- 60 cl of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp of Concentrate to Dilute - GINGER
- The zest of a lime
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Préparation
- 01 Heat the milk, sugar and vanilla pod, then add the rice after rinsing it in hot water.
- 02 Let it cook over low heat, covered, for 30 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Let it cool.
- 03 Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Add the sugar, lime zest, and the Concentrate to Dilute - GINGER.
- 04 Serve the rice pudding in glasses and place the mango tartare on top.
