A recipe with Asian flavors combining soy sauce and ginger for a fragrant and exotic dish.

Ingredients
- 12cl of mirin or water
- 5cl of Concentrate to Dilute - Ginger
- 6cl of soy sauce
- 3cl of rice vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 675g of pork loin, trimmed of fat, cut in half lengthwise and sliced into thin strips
- 3 tbsp hazelnut oil
- Pepper
Préparation
- 01 In a bowl, mix the mirin, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, and garlic. Season with pepper.
- 02 Add the pork and coat it with the marinade. Cover the dish. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- 03 Drain the meat and keep the marinade.
- 04 In a large skillet or wok over high heat, sauté the meat in the oil, in two or three batches, until browned. Set aside on a warm plate.
- 05 Stir the marinade into the wok and reduce until the sauce is syrupy.
- 06 Serve the meat over rice and top with sauce.
