- 500g Greek yogurt
- 3 to 4 tbsp of Concentrate to Dilute - Yuzu
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- Lemon flavored olive oil
- Pepper
Préparation
- 01 In a bowl, pour the yogurt and smooth it with a whisk.
- 02 Add the finely chopped dill. Then add the YUZU and mix.
- 03 Season with pepper to taste.
- 04 When serving, drizzle a little lemon-flavored olive oil over the yogurt sauce.
