Ingredients

  • Concentrate to Dilute - Yuzu: 2cl
  • Gold Tequila: 5cl
  • Triple Sec: 2cl
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice: 2cl
  • Flower of salt
  • Ice

Préparation

  • 01 In a shaker, pour Le Concentré à Diluer - Le Yuzu, add the Tequila Gold then the Triple Sec and the lime juice, finish by filling 2/3 with nice ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
  • 02 Pour by filtering into an “Old Fashioned” glass, the rim of which you have previously frosted with fleur de sel.
  • 03 Top with 3 nice ice cubes.

Founder of the brand

Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983. For 15 years, he restored and planted new plots of land in the traditional way, caring for them like a real garden, incorporating natural methods to better respect the environment. Considering his aesthetic universe somewhat limited, he then imagined another horizon beyond his orchards.
