The recipe: an exotic fruity ice cream, easy and without an ice cream maker
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 20 cl of whole liquid cream
- 10 cl of whole milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 cl of Passion Fruit Concentrate to Dilute
Plant-based option: replace the cream and milk with a plant-based drink (almond, coconut, oat) and a plant-based yogurt for a 100% lactose-free version that's just as delicious.
Preparation :
- Heat the milk, cream, and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Let cool, add the Concentrate - Passion Fruit. Mix.
- Pour into a dish, then place in the freezer.
- Every 30 to 45 minutes, scrape with a fork to avoid crystals and obtain a smooth texture (for 3 to 4 hours).
- Serve the ice cream with some fresh fruit or a crumble of meringue for a contrast of textures. You can also accompany it with a chilled shot of concentrate, poured just before serving for an intense and tangy touch.
Tip: For a quick version, pour the mixture into popsicle molds. The result is fresh, natural, and ready to eat.
