The Cuvée Juliette - Organic Cider 33cl

For 25 years, we have interpreted the apple in various forms: juice, sparkling, infusion. Today, we are taking on a new creative challenge: the cider.

The apple has always been at the heart of the Maison Alain Milliat. From family orchards to the first iconic juice; this category is rich in textures and aromas.

The story of Alain Milliat cider begins with a meeting. Alain and a Normandy cider producer both discovered a shared vision of the orchard, the fruit, and a commitment to the uncompromising choice of a clean product.

Our cider is made from apples from his organic orchard.

After selecting the varieties and a level of ripeness, the apples were pressed last October, followed by natural fermentation and finally the blending of the cuvées for a unique aromatic profile.

Today, we are happy to unveil the Cuvée Juliette, named in honor of Alain's mother.

On tasting, this 33cl cider reveals a lively attack, fruity and vegetal notes, and an elegant bitterness.
