The Bloody Mary: a cocktail rich in history
Born in the 1920s between Paris and New York, the Bloody Mary owes its name — and its reputation — to its intense hue and boldness on the palate. Quickly adopted in brunches and refined aperitifs, it has become the essential cocktail to combine freshness, intensity, and indulgence… with or without alcohol.
Even today, its versatility captivates: it is a perfect playground to explore new textures, new colors, and especially new aromatic profiles thanks to the choice of tomato juice.
